Low turnover and deep Arizona roots mean the people who start your transmission, distribution, or fiber build are the ones who finish it.
WORK WITH US
When ARUSI started in 1987, utility distribution lagged behind other industries in adopting new technology and methods. That gap slowed projects and drove up costs for the people keeping the power on. Founder Alex Reynoso built ARUSI to close it.
Today ARUSI is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Phoenix. We plan and engineer electrical distribution, transmission, substation, natural gas, and telecommunication systems for utilities, municipalities, tribal entities, and the national firms that serve them.
Nearly four decades in, our Arizona roots still set us apart. We know the local utilities, the permitting, and the ground. When a project runs for years, our team is still here to finish it.
ARUSI delivers engineering, design, surveying, and permitting across the utility and telecom sectors. With a deep bench of licensed talent and a near four-decade track record in Arizona, we support entire utility organizations, from a single distribution feeder to a multi-year capital program.

The engineering and agency coordination that keeps capital projects moving. We manage the details between utilities, agencies, and contractors so your schedule holds.
More
We know the local utilities, agencies, and terrain. That knowledge shortens permitting and heads off the surprises that blow up budgets.
Our Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business status helps primes and agencies hit set-aside goals on federal, tribal, and municipal work.
Low turnover means the team that starts your project is the team that finishes it, even on programs that span years.
Engineering, surveying, permitting, and CAD under one roof, so coordination never falls through the cracks.
Our engineers, designers, and field teams bring the discipline and the local knowledge that hard infrastructure work demands. As a veteran-owned, family-rooted firm, we hire for the long haul. That's why our people stay, and why our clients see the same faces year after year.
The people steering ARUSI have spent their careers in Arizona's utility and telecom infrastructure. That experience shows up in how we plan a job, coordinate with agencies, and stand behind a project from kickoff to as-built.
