ARUSI is providing engineering design services and permitting for backbone and lateral builds in Pinal County, AZ. The project will connect sixteen SCIP Electric Distribution Substations and thirty-five Pinal County Schools and will entail fiber optic cable installation on overhead and underground facilities provided by various entities.
