ARUSI makes no representations or warranties as to I the accuracy or completeness of the Site or any of the Content, (ii) whether access to and use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) any protection from any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted or through the Site; (iv) any errors or omissions in any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of ARUSI does not warrant or represent that the Site or any Content is sufficient or suitable for the purposes of any other party, and hereby excludes all conditions, warranties, representations, terms, and undertakings, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Site or the Content for such purposes.
In exchange for permitting YOU to use the SITE AND THE CONTENT, YOU expressly agree that ARUSI shall not be liable for any losses or damages originating from or in any way linked to YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT. YOU agree to waive, fully release, defend, and hold harmless ARUSI from any claims YOU may have arising in any way from your use of THE SITE OR THE CONTENT, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, strict liability, negligence, and/or negligent misrepresentation. ARUSI DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY WEBSITE CONTENT.
Damages Indemnification
You acknowledge and accept that you are solely accountable for your conduct on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARUSI, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers to the Site from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your access to or use of or inability to access or use.
Privacy
When you visit the ARUSI website, register your current Internet address (this is generally a temporary address issued by your Internet service provider when you log in), the kind of operating system you are using, and the type of browser software used. In addition, we may keep track of what portions of our website you visit. This tracking will take the shape of a “cookie” or similar file, which will allow the website to be tailored to your specific interests and/or preferences.
Although we monitor this information regarding the technology you are using, we do not attempt to identify you. You will stay anonymous to our system unless requested differently. For instance, whether you submit a question through our e-mail submission form or submit your resume for job consideration, this information is kept secure and only shared with those who may be able to assist in answering your question or considering you for employment within the Company. We do not release your personal information to other firms that aim to offer their goods or services to you. For instance, we will not sell your name or email address to a firm that engages in direct marketing.
Code of Conduct
You promise to only use the Site for legitimate purposes. You undertake not to take any activity that might jeopardize the site’s security, make it unavailable to others, or otherwise harm the Site or its Content. You agree not to add to, remove from, or otherwise change the Content, or to try to access any Content that is not intended for you. You agree not to use the Site in a way that might violate the rights of other parties.
You or third parties acting on your behalf are not permitted to utilize ARUSI’s trademarks as meta tags without prior written approval from ARUSI. Without ARUSI’s prior written agreement, you may not use methods or technology to enclose any Content or section of the Site (also known as “framing”). In addition, you may not use any Content in any meta tags or other “hidden text” methods or technologies without the prior written approval of ARUSI.
You agree not to access the Site using any automated system, including, but not limited to, “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., that sends more request messages to the Company’s servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser. Notwithstanding the above, the Company provides operators of public search engines permission to utilize automated systems to copy content from the Site for the sole purpose of generating publicly accessible searchable indices of the content, but not caches or archives of such content.
Guidelines for Submission of Unsolicited Ideas
Please do not give the Company any unsolicited suggestions, including but not limited to suggestions for new or improved services, technologies, promotions, products, product enhancements, methods, materials, marketing strategies, or product names.
